Q: I am interested in playing paintball and I was wondering if it would be better to get a kit that has everything or just the gun, and also what kind would be the best one?
A: Can't go wrong with a Tippmann 98 custom ive had mine for about 3-4 years and it still shoots good. I had an ion and it had too many problems and changing things on the board takes alot of patience and reading of the manual. I would highly recommend the Proto SLG goes for 199.99. You know its good because its made by Proto who is owned by Dye who has the top guns every year. If u dont have alot of money and you wanna use rental gear at local fields buy your equiptment in this order. 1. A good mask-All the rental ones are not in very good condition. 2. Hopper- Buy the most expensive one you can afford. 3. High Pressure Air Tank-C02 is cheaper yes but in the long run your gun will thank you. 4. Finally you buy your own gun.
