Q: which is better? Remington 700 .308 / 30-06 or Winchester model 70 .308/ 30-06 which is better as far as accuracy, precision, consistency, and over all feels nice to shoot?
A: Unless you are an Olympic Class shooter - you will not be able to tell the difference. Most shooters when handed a .5 MOA rifle are still lucky to keep it all on a 10" target at 200 yards. Which one feels more comfortable to hold? Usually one will have a more natural feel to it than another - that is the one you would want to get in 308. Hope this helps!
